Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1400 AED per month

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in restaurant management, and must possess excellent leadership and communication skills. We are particularly interested in candidates who are willing to consider immigrating to Dubai.

The primary responsibility of the Restaurant Manager is to ensure that the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining quality standards and providing excellent customer service. The manager will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations, managing staff, creating menus, developing marketing plans, setting prices, ordering supplies and equipment, preparing budgets, resolving customer complaints and monitoring cash flow.

The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field with at least three years experience as a restaurant manager or similar role. Experience working in the Middle East is preferred but not essential. A professional certification in management is also an advantage. Excellent problem-solving skills are required as well as strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
