Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. We offer a competitive salary of 1100 AED. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones and emails, managing the office calendar, arranging meetings and conferences, ordering supplies and equipment, and assisting with other general office duties as needed.

This position requires excellent communication skills as they will be interacting with customers and colleagues on a daily basis. The ideal candidate should have experience in office administration or a similar role. They must also be highly organized and able to multitask effectively. Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is essential for this position.
