Job Title: Barista – Sharjah

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Salary: AED 1,600/month

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Sharjah. We are looking for someone with experience working in a coffee shop or cafe. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to prepare and serve specialty coffees and other beverages. We are open to considering candidates from abroad.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve specialty coffees and other beverages according to established recipes
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, preparation methods and presentation standards
• Greet customers warmly and respond to their requests promptly
• Ensure that all areas of the café are clean, well-stocked and organized at all times
• Accept payments from customers and provide accurate change
• Respond to customer inquiries in a friendly manner
• Follow health and safety guidelines while performing job duties

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in a coffee shop or cafe preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build relationships with customers
