The Executive Chef will be responsible for the overall management of the kitchen staff, ensuring that all operations run smoothly while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This includes creating menus, ordering supplies, controlling costs, managing inventory, developing recipes, and providing guidance to team members. Additionally, the successful candidate should have excellent communication skills with a creative flair in order to effectively collaborate with other chefs.

The ideal candidate should possess:
• A degree or diploma in culinary arts
• At least 5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef
• A good understanding of regional and international cuisine
• Excellent management and organizational skills
• A passion for creating delicious dishes
• Outstanding communication skills
