Job Description:
Al-Kuwait is currently looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our team. This position is open to both experienced and inexperienced candidates. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems. This includes overseeing the installation of new electrical systems and troubleshooting existing systems.

The ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices as well as a strong background in problem solving. They should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently or in a team environment. We prefer candidates with experience in the Gulf region or with experience working with GCC clients/customers.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems;
• Oversee installation of new systems;
• Provide technical advice on all electrical matters;
• Monitor performance of existing systems;
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations;
• Lead diagnostic tests to identify issues and develop solutions;
• Work closely with contractors and suppliers throughout projects; • Prepare reports on progress of projects; • Develop long-term strategies for electrical maintenance and upgrades.

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; • Working knowledge of local regulations related to electrical engineering; • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, etc.; • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills; • Ability to work independently or as part of a team; • Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols.
