We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be able to provide excellent customer service and exceptional coffee preparation skills. We are willing to consider any candidate regardless of experience level.

The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and serving specialty coffees, operating the espresso machine, cashiering, and helping customers with questions or requests. The successful candidate must be passionate about quality drinks preparation as well as providing excellent customer service. They must also have strong interpersonal communication skills and be able to take direction well.

The successful candidate must possess the ability to multi-task, remain calm under pressure, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Additionally they must have basic math skills to handle cash transactions as well as basic knowledge of food safety rules and regulations.
