Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Chef to join our team in El-Ain. This position offers a salary of 900 and we are open to considering applicants from outside the region as well. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, preparing, and presenting high-quality dishes that follow the restaurant's standards.

Job Responsibilities
• Develop recipes and prepare meals for customers according to established standards
• Monitor food products to ensure proper quality and freshness
• Ensure the kitchen is properly stocked with supplies such as raw ingredients, spices, utensils, etc.
• Train staff members in food safety and sanitation techniques
• Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of all food items
• Supervise kitchen staff members during meal preparation and service times
• Assist in menu planning by creating new recipes or revising existing ones as needed
• Oversee kitchen operations and hold staff accountable for meeting goals.

Job Requirements
• Degree/Diploma or equivalent qualification in Culinary Arts/Hospitality Management or related field is desired but not required
• Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant setting is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, ingredients, allergies, etc. is essential
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
