Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing coffee drinks, providing excellent customer service, and helping maintain a pleasant atmosphere in the café. The position offers a competitive salary of 1300 USD per month. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this role.

Essential Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience as a barista
• Knowledge of different types of coffee beans and preparation methods
• Ability to provide friendly customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven record of reliability and punctuality
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time

Responsible Activities:
• Preparing hot and cold drinks according to customers’ orders with accuracy and speed
• Operating cash registers, taking payments, making change, counting the float etc.
• Cleaning equipment used for coffee preparation such as grinders, blenders etc.
• Keeping the shop area tidy at all times by wiping down surfaces and taking out garbage/recycling
• Assisting customers with queries or complaints in an efficient manner
