We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a team of employees, and ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate must have excellent problem solving skills, strong interpersonal abilities and be able to take initiative in order to ensure the team meets its targets. They must also have a good understanding of the company’s objectives and policies, as well as the ability to communicate these clearly to their team. The successful candidate must also be comfortable dealing with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained.

The Supervisor will be required to ensure that all health and safety guidelines are followed at all times, as well as having a good understanding of employment law in order to resolve any disputes or difficulties within the team. They must also be able to provide guidance and support for their team members when needed, as well as taking responsibility for any decisions made by their staff.
