HR manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi.

As HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Human Resources (HR) department, providing strategic guidance in the areas of talent management, employee relations, and recruitment. You will ensure that all HR processes are being implemented and followed correctly according to local laws and regulations. You will also develop training programs and strategies to increase employee productivity and satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills as well as experience with HR laws and regulations. A strong understanding of best practices in the industry is also required.

The ideal candidate should possess:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a Human Resources Management role
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations pertaining to employment
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work with a diverse workforce across multiple cultures
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
