Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize profits and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers.
• Analyze the market trends and competitor activities to formulate effective sales plans.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, respond to complaints, and resolve problems quickly.
• Prepare reports on sales performance for management.
• Maintain accurate records of customer data, sales activities, and other related information.
• Collaborate with colleagues in other departments (e.g., Marketing, Customer Service) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar role is desirable but not required; we are also willing to consider a foreigner with no experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
