Job Duties:
As Housekeeping Manager, your duties will include managing the daily operations of housekeeping staff, ensuring all rooms and common areas are properly cleaned and maintained; overseeing stock control and ordering of housekeeping supplies; monitoring employee performance; conducting regular inspections of the hotel premises; ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations; managing complaints from guests; and developing strategies for improving housekeeping standards.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience in a similar role. A degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred but not required. In addition, candidates should have excellent organizational skills, strong problem-solving abilities, good communication skills, an eye for detail, ability to work independently, and must be able to work under pressure. Fluency in English is essential for this role.
