Construction Manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE


Our company is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. You will be responsible for leading and managing the construction process of building projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing all resources involved in the construction process.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the Middle East region. You must possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to work well under pressure. Additionally, you should have strong problem-solving skills as well as a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Construction Management or related field is preferred, but not mandatory.

In this position, you will be designing and implementing strategies to ensure successful completion of each project while monitoring progress throughout the process. This includes developing detailed plans, coordinating with vendors and contractors, negotiating contracts and pricing with contractors, ensuring safety regulations are being followed and overseeing quality control initiatives. Additionally, you will also be responsible for tracking project costs and ensuring that all invoices are paid promptly.
