We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our team and oversee the construction of new buildings in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, have excellent organizational skills, and possess a strong knowledge of the construction industry. As Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction project from start to finish. This includes developing plans and budgets, monitoring progress on site and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will also need to liaise with clients, contractors and other stakeholders throughout the process.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate 3 years’ experience working in a similar role, as well as having an in-depth knowledge of building regulations. A degree in civil engineering or architecture would be beneficial but is not essential. You must also possess strong managerial skills with the ability to delegate tasks effectively; excellent communication skills; and an aptitude for problem solving.
