Job Description:

We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or any related field, ample experience in the construction industry, and strong management skills. You must also possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the construction project from start to finish. You will be in charge of scheduling activities; hiring and supervising contractors; identifying potential problems; creating solutions; and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing cost estimates; maintaining records of materials purchased; preparing progress reports for upper management; overseeing inspections; and coordinating with relevant government agencies to obtain necessary permits.
