We are searching for an experienced Business Manager to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate should have a business or related degree, and a strong background in managing and leading teams. We are open to considering immigrants with minimal work experience as well.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring strategies to ensure that the team achieves its desired goals. This may include working with external stakeholders, understanding customer needs, and overseeing operations to ensure efficient execution of plans. The Business Manager should have excellent organizational skills, problem-solving aptitude, and communication abilities.

Other duties include setting team objectives, identifying growth opportunities, analyzing data to make informed decisions, preparing reports & presentations for senior management review, creating budgets & forecasts and liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operation of all business processes. Additionally, the ideal candidate must possess strong leadership capabilities and be able to motivate employees effectively.
