We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Doha. The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of operations in the workplace and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, and an eye for detail.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role and demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to cultivate relationships with customers, motivate employees, and delegate tasks efficiently.

The primary duties include overseeing daily activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, monitoring employee performance, maintaining accurate records of staff attendance, planning staff rotas/shifts, training new employees on the job, handling customer complaints promptly and efficiently while keeping a professional outlook. The Supervisor must also ensure that all safety regulations are strictly adhered to at all times.

To qualify for this position the candidate must possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English as well as strong problem-solving abilities. They should also be able to multi-task efficiently while working independently without direct supervision as well as working collaboratively with other team members. Furthermore, it would be beneficial if they had knowledge of basic accounting principles such as financial planning and budgeting.

We are offering a salary of 1400 QAR per month plus benefits which will be discussed upon application for the successful candidate who meets all criteria listed above.
