Surveyor job in Riyadh Saudi Arabia


We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting surveys and collecting data to assess the value of land and related structures. They will play an important role in determining the value of a property before it is sold or developed.

The ideal candidate must have a strong knowledge of surveying techniques, map reading, and geographical information systems (GIS). They must also be able to interpret complex legal maps and other documents, as well as have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A valid driver's license is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities include:
• Conducting surveys of land by operating specialized surveying equipment (GPS, Total Station, etc.) and drawing up maps
• Analyzing survey data collected from field visits
• Interpreting legal documents such as deeds, real estate titles, maps, and other records
• Calculating the area or volume of land or structures for valuation purposes
• Preparing detailed reports for clients on survey results
• Maintaining updated records on survey projects and locations
• Working with project stakeholders to ensure accuracy in all aspects of surveying work

This position offers a competitive salary of 1200 per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants who meet the qualifications outlined above.
