Project Manager – Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing projects within the UAE. We offer a competitive salary of 1000 per month and are ready to consider candidates from outside the country.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities associated with the successful completion of large-scale projects. This includes developing project strategies; assembling and managing project teams; tracking progress; reporting on project performance; ensuring customer satisfaction; and managing budgets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, be highly organized, possess excellent problem-solving abilities, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
• Develop project plans, objectives and timelines
• Lead project teams to ensure successful completion of projects
• Monitor progress against deadlines and budgets
• Track risks and take corrective action as needed
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire life cycle of the project
• Manage stakeholder expectations effectively
• Report on project performance to senior management

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects in the UAE or similar environment
• Proven track record of successfully completing complex projects on time and within budget
• Excellent problem solving skills with a focus on customer service excellence
• Outstanding leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate teams for success
