Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Manager, you will be responsible for running a successful restaurant operation. You will be in charge of daily operations, managing staff, handling customer inquiries, and creating a positive dining experience. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of restaurant management experience. The salary for this role is 1300 AED per month. We are willing to consider immigrants for this position.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive sales and increase profitability
• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant including staffing, scheduling and vendor relationships
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure guest satisfaction
• Create attractive menus that feature new or seasonal items
• Develop strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Ensure compliance with health code standards
• Oversee budgeting activities such as setting goals, tracking expenses and monitoring revenue streams
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager with at least 1 year experience in the field
• Knowledge of food safety regulations required by local health codes
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to lead a team effectively

Requirements:
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends/holidays
• Must have own reliable transportation
