Job Summary
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai and oversee all operations of the restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including creating a pleasant dining environment for customers, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maximizing profits, and maintaining operational standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600 AED per month. We are open to considering candidates from overseas.
Duties and Responsibilities
β’ Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations
β’ Ensure employees adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
β’ Develop weekly schedules to meet staffing needs
β’ Train and supervise staff on proper food preparation techniques
β’ Monitor food quality standards during service
β’ Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and complaints
β’ Ensure that the restaurant is always clean and tidy
β’ Foster strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality ingredients at competitive prices
β’ Plan menus by consulting with chefs; estimating food costs; ordering supplies; monitoring kitchen staff performance
β’ Supervise inventory management procedures such as stocktaking, ordering supplies etc.
β’ Monitor budget adherence and set financial goals for the restaurant
Qualifications and Skills
β’ Bachelorβs degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
β’ Proven experience working as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
β’ Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate staff
β’ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
β’ Knowledge of business principles related to finance, human resources, marketing etc.
β’ Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
