Restaurant Manager - Dubai

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the drive to succeed.

Responsibilities:
• Manage general operations of restaurant, including staff, customer service, food quality, and sanitation
• Supervise and train staff on customer service procedures
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Monitor sales performance and adjust operational strategies accordingly
• Maintain a positive atmosphere in the restaurant by engaging with customers
• Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies as needed
• Develop marketing strategies to promote the restaurant’s services
• Prepare reports related to sales performance, expenses, budgets, etc.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems effectively
• Excellent communication skills; ability to motivate staff members as necessary
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Salary: AED 1400 per month (we are ready to consider a foreigner).
