Optometrist - Al-Kuwait

Job Description:
We are seeking an Optometrist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will provide optometric care and services to patients of all ages. This position offers a salary of 1400 Kuwaiti dinars, and we are ready to consider a foreigner for this role.

Requirements:
• Licensed Optometrist with no experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with other health care professionals
• Knowledge of optometric instruments, procedures, treatments, terminology, and techniques
• Ability to perform comprehensive eye exams
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems


Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Examine eyes using specialized equipment to detect visual defects or diseases such as glaucoma or color blindness
• Provide eyeglass prescriptions or contact lens fittings based on patient’s needs
• Educate patients on eye care topics such as contact lens hygiene or cataracts prevention
• Monitor patient’s eye conditions by following up with regularly scheduled visits
• Monitor patient’s response to various treatments by recording observations in EHR systems
