We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator for our Al-Kuwait site to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machinery in order to produce parts and components. Duties & Responsibilities:
The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines in accordance with engineering instructions, job specifications, work instructions, quality standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations. They will be tasked with setting up machines according to the specifications provided by the engineers. The operator should be capable of making minor adjustments to the machine settings as needed. Additionally, they must inspect each part or component produced by their machine closely and ensure that it meets the customer requirements, before packing it for shipping.

Qualifications & Skills:
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent certification along with previous experience working with CNC machines in a production environment. Knowledge of mathematics and reading comprehension skills are essential along with thorough understanding of production drawings and blueprints. A good mechanical aptitude is also required as well as attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities. The ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines is essential in this role as well as the capability to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs when required.
