Welder – Sharjah

We are looking for an experienced Welder to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will specialise in welding and fabrication of metal parts for industrial and commercial applications. We are willing to consider an immigrant with the necessary qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:
• Set up welding machines, including selecting appropriate electrodes, setting current levels, and testing welds
• Cut metal pieces using torches, hand tools, or machines such as plasma cutters or band saws
• Follow blueprints to ensure that the desired shapes and sizes are achieved
• Repair damaged goods by welding pieces together or filling gaps with welded beads
• Maintain a clean working environment by following safety regulations and keeping the workspace tidy
• Report any problems with equipment or materials to supervisors

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a welder (minimum 2-3 years)
• Knowledge of welding techniques such as MIG/TIG/ARC welding processes
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings accurately
• Familiarity with safety guidelines when working with hazardous materials like fluxes and metals
• Good physical condition and strength to lift heavy objects (up to 20 kg) on a regular basis

Salary: AED 1300 per month
