Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Dubai. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, including coffee and specialty drinks, as well as interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner. The successful candidate should have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills in order to ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience. This position offers a salary of 1400 per month, with the possibility of immigration if necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

The main responsibility of the Barista will be to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to company guidelines. This includes brewing coffee, tea, espresso-based drinks, smoothies, and other specialty drinks as required. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area at all times; this includes cleaning and restocking supplies such as cups, lids, tea bags etc.. Moreover, you should strive to deliver excellent customer service by ensuring that all orders are prepared accurately in a timely manner as well as engaging customers in conversation when appropriate.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this role you must have prior experience working in a similar position; knowledge of various coffee brewing techniques is preferred but not essential. Additionally it is important that you possess excellent customer service skills along with good communication skills – both verbal & written (Arabic & English). A passion for coffee making is essential! Furthermore we require that applicants have a valid work permit if applicable or are eligible to apply for one if necessary.
