We are looking for an experienced and creative Chef to join the team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen, overseeing all aspects of meal preparation, as well as providing advice and guidance to the kitchen staff.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen. We value enthusiasm and creativity, so it is essential that you are able to develop interesting dishes using both traditional and modern techniques. You should also have a good knowledge of international cuisine, be familiar with food safety regulations, and understand the importance of working within budgetary constraints.

In addition to preparing meals for our customers, you will also be expected to order ingredients, maintain high standards of hygiene in the kitchen area and manage stock control. You must possess excellent communication skills as you will be expected to liaise with customers regarding their dietary requirements and preferences.
