Job Summary:

Requirements for Candidate:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a waiter or in the hospitality industry preferred
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and regulations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask

Job Duties:
• Greet customers and take orders for food and beverages accurately
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
• Deliver food and beverage items promptly to customers’ tables
• Clean tables, chairs, trays, silverware, glassware, dishes, etc. as needed during shifts
• Answer questions related to menu items and help customers make selections
• Respond promptly to customer complaints or concerns
