We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time and within the allocated budget.

We offer a competitive salary package of 900$ per month with additional benefits such as healthcare coverage, pension plan, and an annual bonus. We are also open to considering immigrant candidates.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
-Managing all aspects of multiple projects including developing project plans, organizing resources, monitoring progress and reporting regularly to management
-Ensuring that project goals align with the company's overall objectives
-Creating detailed project plans that define scope, deliverables, timelines and budgets
-Developing and implementing risk management strategies
-Managing communication between stakeholders
-Leading teams of engineers or technicians to complete projects on time and within budget
-Maintaining quality control throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate should have:
-A degree in Engineering or a related field; Project Management certification is preferred but not required
-At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role; prior experience working in Dubai is desirable
-Strong communication skills with an ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from various departments
-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in line with deadlines
-Knowledge of legal requirements related to construction activities
