We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing client relationships and managing the sales team.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in a sales role, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They should be able to think out-of-the-box and have the ability to motivate others, as well as the drive to exceed customer expectations.

The job responsibilities include but are not limited to: creating and implementing effective sales strategies; establishing and maintaining relationships with clients; managing customer accounts; providing on-the-job training and mentoring to members of the sales team; analysing market trends; providing updates at regular team meetings; and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

The requirements for this role are: a bachelor's degree in business or related field; at least five years of experience in a sales management role; excellent interpersonal skills; ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions for customers; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; knowledge of consumer behaviour principles. In addition, we would consider foreigners with valid work permits.
