Job Title: Bartender

We are looking for a well-qualified and experienced Bartender to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As the successful candidate, you will need to have excellent knowledge of the food and beverage industry as well as the ability to mix drinks according to customer preferences.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers upon arrival and take their orders
• Prepare alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages
• Mix drinks according to customer preferences
• Ensure cleanliness of bar area and equipment
• Maintain accurate records of drinks served
• Monitor stock levels of beverages and materials
• Comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Needs for the Candidate:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; college degree preferred • Proven working experience as a Bartender for at least 2 years is preferred but not required • In-depth knowledge of the food and beverage industry • Ability to mix drinks according to recipes • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations • Outstanding communication skills with customers

Desired Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal skills to handle customers’ queries in a timely manner • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask efficiently • Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
