We are looking for a qualified and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be highly motivated, and have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading teams of employees, managing tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring that all activities are completed in line with the set standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring performance levels of staff members and providing feedback when required. You will also be expected to ensure employee satisfaction by addressing all grievances quickly and effectively.

To qualify for this role you must have at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role or equivalent position in an organization. You should have a strong understanding of effective leadership principles and possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal. A degree or Diploma in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
