Job Description
HR Manager, Abu-Dhabi
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance to the organization on all aspects of human resources management. This includes recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee engagement and performance management. You will also ensure policies are in compliance with current labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws
• Ability to develop effective relationships with staff at all levels
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
