HR Manager Vacancy – Abu-Dhabi

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700 and we are open to considering immigrants for the role.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a managerial HR role, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
• Manage day-to-day operations of the HR department
• Monitor, review, and update policies regularly
• Oversee recruitment process (e.g., job postings), conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure all HR activities are delivered efficiently
• Provide guidance on performance management issues such as disciplinary procedures
• Advise on employee benefit programs such as compensation packages

Requirements:
• Proven working experience in Human Resources Management or equivalent as an HR Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques
• Excellent organizational skills
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills
