Job Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase customer base and build loyalty among repeat customers
• Supervising staff members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and disciplining employees when necessary
• Monitoring operational costs such as food and beverage expenses, labor costs, etc.
• Resolving customer complaints effectively and keeping records of complaints for future reference
• Ensuring that health codes are followed at all times while adhering to safety regulations

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field is desired but not mandatory; minimal work experience is expected
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude towards customers
• Proven experience in managing a restaurant or food service business
• Ability to multi-task efficiently while remaining organized in a fast-paced environment
