Demands for the Candidate:
We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in a similar role. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position.

Job Description:
The Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of our organization in Abu Dhabi. This includes setting objectives, developing strategies, coordinating with various departments, and monitoring activities to ensure they are carried out according to quality standards. The Manager will also be expected to develop strong relationships with external stakeholders such as customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the organization in Abu Dhabi
• Develop strategies and plans to meet organizational objectives within budget constraints
• Monitor progress towards established goals and objectives
• Oversee activities of employees and contractors
• Develop relationships with external stakeholders such as customers and suppliers
• Identify issues or problems that need to be addressed or resolved

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience as a Manager or similar role
• Proven track record of leading successful projects or initiatives
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust quickly • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining strict adherence to company policies
