Job Title: Bank Teller - Abu Dhabi

Salary: 1700 AED per Month

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for a Bank Teller to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while accurately processing transactions at the bank. We are open to considering applicants with no experience and are willing to provide necessary training.

Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service and establish good rapport with customers
• Accurately process cash withdrawals, deposits, transfers, and payments
• Verify customer identification documents
• Balance daily transactions correctly and submit reports for review at the end of the day
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies
• Prepare various documents such as bank slips, statements, order cheques etc.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience as a bank teller is an advantage but not essential; we are willing to provide necessary training for the right candidate
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
