We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills and strong communication abilities. This role requires a proactive attitude, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential candidates, selecting qualified applicants, and conducting interviews. Additionally, the candidate should have strong knowledge of the recruitment process and demonstrate an organized approach to tasks.

The successful candidate should possess experience in recruiting for various roles, including administrative and customer service positions. They must also be adept at creating job postings, selecting suitable candidates through their resumes and CV’s, and conducting interviews in a professional manner. The ideal candidate will also have experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS). The ability to work independently is essential for this role.
