We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200. We are open to immigrants and those with minimal work experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives, while managing and leading a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years experience in a similar role, excellent interpersonal skills, advanced knowledge of sales techniques and customer service skills.

The primary responsibilities include:
• Developing effective sales plans to meet organizational objectives
• Managing and leading the sales team
• Establishing strong relationships with customers
• Monitoring performance against targets
• Analyzing market trends and customer feedback
• Implementing promotional activities to increase brand awareness
• Training and mentoring junior staff members
• Resolving customer queries promptly.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, be highly organized, possess strong negotiation skills and demonstrate an ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
