Housekeeping Manager - Abu-Dhabi, 1400 AED

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the housekeeping department and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service throughout the hotel.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in housekeeping roles, with a proven track record in leading a team in a hotel environment. Candidates must be well organized and have excellent communication skills as well as strong customer service skills. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of all housekeeping staff
• Ensure that all rooms and common areas are kept clean, tidy, and up to hotel standards
• Manage laundry services
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Monitor customer feedback on cleanliness standards
• Ensure adherence to safety & health guidelines as per hotel regulations

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in housekeeping roles at hotels or similar establishments
• Proven leadership experience within a hospitality environment
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: The salary offered for this position is 1400 AED per month.
