We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction management, with experience in supervising and coordinating construction projects with a focus on high quality and customer satisfaction.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, from planning to execution, as well as managing the associated staff. They must possess excellent organizational skills, an eye for detail and a knack for problem solving. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, allowing them to interact with stakeholders effectively and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent is preferred but not required.

The Construction Manager role requires the ability to understand project plans, design drawings, and any associated documents. They must also be capable of overseeing subcontractors to ensure that quality standards are met and that projects remain on budget and on schedule. This role requires knowledge of all applicable building codes and regulations as well as knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
