Job Title: Construction Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1000 AED per month

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have a strong background in construction, project management, and operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of new projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget. We are open to considering foreign candidates with minimal work experience.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. You should also possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box when faced with challenges or obstacles.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all phases of construction projects from conception to completion
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and other relevant documentation
• Ensure that all works are completed on time and within budget
• Monitor progress of works on site
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
• Identify potential risks or delays in projects before they occur
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations during construction works

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role (foreign candidates with minimal experience may be considered) • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
