We are looking for an experienced Librarian to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in library management and be passionate about books and reading.

The successful candidate will have an eye for detail and be familiar with library systems and processes, including cataloguing, indexing and preservation techniques. They should also have excellent communication skills, as they will be engaging with patrons to assist them with their inquiries.

The primary responsibility of the Librarian is to ensure the efficient operation of the library by managing resources, organizing programs and events, maintaining records and providing customer service. This position also requires knowledge of current information technology and software applications related to library services. The Librarian must also ensure that the library environment is safe and secure for patrons, staff and volunteers alike.

We offer a salary of 900 AED monthly for this position, along with the opportunity to work in a stimulating environment surrounded by books! We are open to considering applicants from abroad who possess the necessary qualifications required for this role.
