We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of employees in the organization.

The main responsibilities of the Supervisor include training and supervising staff, ensuring quality standards, monitoring performance, managing conflicts, and providing feedback to employees. The Supervisor should also ensure that company policies are being followed and make sure that work is completed on time. In addition, they will need to coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations within the organization.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively. A minimum of five years' work experience in a supervisory or management role is required. Knowledge of human resource principles is preferred as well as proficiency with MS Office Suite and other computer applications. A bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred but not necessary.
