Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and arranging beautiful bouquets, plants and floral arrangements. You will also need to be knowledgeable about the flowers in order to provide advice on the best blooms.

Responsibilities:
• Create and assemble floral arrangements according to client’s orders.
• Analyze customer needs, preferences, and purchase intentions.
• Select appropriate flowers or other materials for desired effect.
• Prepare bouquets, wreaths, corsages and other flower arrangements.
• Handle deliveries of fresh flowers and other materials as needed.
• Keep records of flower orders and handle payments from customers.
• Maintain a clean working environment at all times.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a florist or similar role
• Good knowledge of flower varieties, colors, texture, fragrances and bloom seasons
• Ability to work with multiple types of flowers including silk flowers
• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required
