Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the business operations of the organization and ensuring that all company objectives are achieved in an efficient and effective manner. The Business Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, monitoring financial performance, providing leadership and guidance to staff, and overseeing customer relations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300 QAR. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this position.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Proven experience in business management or related field
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, Access)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the organization including budgeting, resource allocation, staff management, scheduling etc.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Monitor financial performance of the organization to ensure profitability
• Provide leadership and guidance to employees while promoting a positive work environment
• Oversee customer relations activities including sales efforts, service quality standards etc.
