Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize company revenue and profit. You will have strong customer focus and ability to establish strong relationships with our partners. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The salary for this position is 1400 QAR per month, and we are open to consider applicants who do not have prior experience in the field.

Job Functions
• Developing a business plan that covers sales strategies for achieving organizational goals
• Analyzing market trends and creating effective strategies that will increase sales
• Establishing strong relationships with customers/partners by providing them with exceptional customer service
• Developing promotional materials such as brochures/pamphlets/catalogs/etc.
• Coordinating with product teams regarding pricing plans & product launches
• Monitoring competitor activity & adjusting strategies accordingly
• Generating reports that track sales performance & devise plans for improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience working in a similar role (preferred)
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; ability to build strong relationships with customers/partners
• Strong leadership & problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently & take initiative
