Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Caregiver to join our team in Doha. In this role, you will provide assistance to elderly members or those with mental or physical disabilities. You will be responsible for helping them with their daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. You must be patient and understanding as you assist them with their needs. The ideal candidate should have a friendly and supportive attitude towards the individuals in their care and have experience in caring for the elderly or those with special needs. In addition, a valid license and reliable transportation is required. We offer a competitive salary of 1000 per month.

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly members or people with disabilities by providing support with their daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
• Make sure that the individual’s needs are met efficiently and effectively
• Provide companionship for the individual while respecting their dignity
• Track progress on individual goals set by clients’ care plan
• Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure or glucose levels when needed
• Communicate any changes in an individual’s condition to the supervisor or appropriate health provider
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification preferred
• Proven experience providing care to elderly members or people with disabilities
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and first aid practices
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Patient, kind-hearted, empathetic personality
• Valid driver’s license preferred
