We are currently looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys on land and buildings to determine boundaries, measurements and other relevant data. Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveys on land and buildings using appropriate tools and techniques
• Identify boundary lines using maps, aerial photographs, GPS systems and other resources
• Prepare survey drawings and reports accurately
• Consult with clients regarding survey results
• Ensure that all survey work complies with government regulations
• Maintain accurate records of all survey information
• Monitor progress on projects and review results against specified standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in surveying or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in surveying or related field
• Expert knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• High attention to detail & accuracy
