Job Summary

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field
• At least 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering projects, with knowledge of relevant design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking and an ability to think outside the box.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal), with proficiency in additional languages being an advantage.

Job Responsibilities
• Designing mechanical systems for a range of engineering projects within the organization.
• Developing new processes or techniques to improve existing systems.
• Conducting research on materials, components, manufacturing methods and techniques to optimize the design process.
• Establishing testing protocols for new designs or systems to ensure functionality.
• Documenting all designs through drawings and other technical documents such as reports or specifications sheets.
• Performing quality assurance checks on all designs before releasing them for production or implementation.
